Welcome to VATOM India! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our digital financial services, including AEPS, CMS, Micro ATM, Utility Bill Payments, and Insurance services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Our Services

VATOM India provides secure and reliable financial technology solutions. Our services include Aadhaar Enabled Payment System (AEPS) for biometric-based banking transactions such as balance enquiry, withdrawal and mini-statements; Cash Management Services (CMS) for deposits, collections and reconciliation; Micro ATM facilities for retail-level banking including withdrawals and balance checks; fast and secure Utility Bill Payments covering electricity, gas, water, telecom and broadband; and Insurance-related services. All services are subject to the availability of partner banks and service providers.

2. Eligibility to Use

To use VATOM India, you must be at least 18 years old, an Indian resident, and legally competent to enter into a binding contract. You must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and other applicable laws. By using VATOM India, you represent that you will use the services only for legitimate and lawful transactions. Any attempt to use services for money laundering or fraud will lead to immediate suspension.

3. User Obligations

You are required to provide accurate and updated information while registering and using VATOM India. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, biometric details, and transaction information. Sharing account details with third parties is strictly prohibited. You agree to comply with all RBI guidelines, NPCI regulations, and other legal requirements. VATOM India shall not be liable for losses arising due to your negligence in securing your account.

4. Security and Privacy

VATOM India adopts industry-standard security protocols, including encryption, multi-factor authentication and biometric validation, to protect your personal and financial data. Your information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against cyber threats or unauthorized access.

5. Transactions and Liability

All transactions processed via VATOM India are subject to confirmation from respective banks, insurance companies, or utility providers. Once a transaction is initiated, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by VATOM India. We shall not be held responsible for failures or delays caused by banking networks or third-party systems. In cases of failed transactions, refunds will be governed by the policies of the relevant bank.

6. Fees and Charges

Some services on VATOM India may involve transaction fees or processing charges. These charges will be displayed before you complete the transaction. VATOM India reserves the right to modify its fee structure or introduce new charges at its sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, logos, and proprietary technology used on VATOM India are owned by or licensed to VATOM India. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

VATOM India shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data or financial loss due to service disruptions. Our liability in any case shall be limited to the transaction amount or the extent permitted under applicable law.

9. Termination of Services

VATOM India reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to services without prior notice if you are found violating these Terms, engaging in fraudulent activities, or compromising the security of the platform.

10. Modifications to Terms

VATOM India may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in regulatory requirements or improvements in services. Updated Terms will be published on the platform and will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated in India.
