VATOM INDIA SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (“Vatom India”) maintains a clear and transparent policy regarding refunds and cancellations for our B2B fintech and aggregator services.
Transactions that are successfully completed and confirmed by the utility provider, bank, or the respective service network (AEPS, BBPS, DMT, or Mobile/DTH Recharge) are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Once the service has been rendered or the value has been transferred, the transaction cannot be reversed.
In cases where an amount is debited from your wallet or bank account but the transaction status is "Failed" or the service is not provided due to a technical error on our platform or the bank's server, the amount will be automatically refunded. These refunds typically reflect in your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on the banking partner's internal timelines.
If you encounter a discrepancy where a transaction is marked as successful but the benefit has not reached the end-user, you must report the issue within 24 hours. VATOM India will coordinate with the relevant service provider or banking institution to track and resolve the status.
For retailers or distributors wishing to terminate their partnership with Vatom India, the initial onboarding fees, subscription charges, or documentation fees are generally non-refundable. Any remaining balance in the operational wallet, excluding commissions or promotional credits, can be settled as per the closing agreement.
VATOM India reserves the right to withhold refunds in cases where fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of our Terms and Conditions is suspected. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward unauthorized chargebacks and will provide all necessary documentation to regulatory bodies in such events.
